Tania Leishman has a wealth of experience in the health and wellness field, owning her own Personal Training business for many years and undertaking an array of courses with a focus on nutrition, weight management and functional training.
We all have a special gift to offer and when Tania, Kelly and Kellie decided to share theirs, they created 1Life Active Wellness Retreats.
You are what you eat! Nutritionist Tania Leishman can assist you with dietary advice so that you can fuel your body and live life to the fullest.
Coaching is a supportive process that facilitates the achievement of goals through encouragement and accountability.

I have just finished a Ten Week Wellness Course with Tania (firstly I am well into the ‘senior aging demographic’) mixing and exercising with various age groups – 20’s plus. The course was amazing with Tania & Kell certainly giving me encouragement, positivity, fun, hard work – and to finish relaxation. We then entered into Tania’s world of knowledge on health and wellness which each person discussed their goals, achievements and were given positive advice with no judgement on our ‘personal slip-ups (never failure she says). Tania also provided an absolutely fantastic pilates course for 1 hour with all aspects of our movements explained. I have been attending Tania Watson-Leishman’s classes for the past 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed the variety Tania has offered. I attend four classes a week and the variety is extremely good. I honestly don’t think I have ever repeated the same circuit twice. The classes are always varied and cater from beginners to more advanced participants. Tania knows each of her participants extremely well. She is very aware of any injuries that participants have, catering for them throughout each session. Tania’s knowledge in her field is excellent and it is evident she keeps in touch with new exercises/nutrition as she is always passing on new information so that her participants feel good in both mind and body. I have now attended two of Tania’s and Kellie’s Wellness seminars and have found them both to be extremely informative and well researched. I have walked away from both feeling reinvigorated and energised with a wealth of information.
