The ultimate way to train your body, Pilates is a series of low impact movements that work directly on the deepest muscle groups in the body without the pain, stress or jarring of traditional exercise. Pilates enhances awareness of our body and how it functions.
With correct breathing techniques and controlled movements we engage deep muscle groups to work at creating a strong core, whilst building stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Great for strengthening muscles and improving joint mobility after injury.
Small Group Personal Training
Our Small Group Training provides all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the price. These groups are capped at 4 people, ensuring the sessions are more customised to your individual needs. Great for people new to exercise, recovering from injury, or just prefer a more intimate exercise experience. If you have a group of friends that you like to train with, talk to Tania and let’s book it in – because we all know, if you commit to it and book it in – you will come.

At 1Life we teach you how to box with correct technique, we believe if you are going to box, you box like a ‘real’ boxer. When you learn the correct boxing technique you will activate (and therefore tone) your whole body. Yes you will box using your legs, hips, core, back, shoulders, arms, your whole body will feel the after effects of a great boxing workout!!
