We keep these groups at a maximum of 4 people, so you get all the benefits of Personal Training but at a fraction of the cost.

Group Personal Training Functional Fitness Classes
Group Personal Training is exactly what it suggests, group training with the personal training feel. We ensure you receive the technique instruction and personalisation to gain the most from your sessions. Our classes involve functional fitness exercise, training your body in the way it needs to develop muscles to make it easier to perform everyday activities, whilst burning lots of energy.
Our Group Classes will vary from week to week to involve a mix of circuit training, body weight training, boxing, kettlebell exercises and emphasise core stability in every movement.
